collection two process 1

This time I would like to talk about the making process for collection two.
I wanted to make something looks like cake. So I searched the image of cakes
I wanted to include this layers of shoes so I used Gradient tool but it didn't go well. Therefore, I just decided to used the colour or it.
Among the cakes I liked the colour of red velvet cake. I used eye dropper to get the colour.
I really liked this colour and for its insole I used simple beige colour because I thought if I use another colour it wouldn't make the sandal colour prominent.
While I was searching for cakes I was surprised and got inspired by the way they use cream to decorate cakes. And then I wanted to use it.
While I was editing the image of cream I found one interesting tool in photoshop.
It is custom tool which I can change the image in many direction as much as I want. I was very useful. So I could change the angle to fit in the strip and so on.
That's how I did this part. I wanted this part to look like laces. Actually, it might looked better if I used brush tools. However, I could show the real texture of cream.
With the outsole part I took the similar approach.
I wanted to include the paper cover of the cupcake because for me while I take this part out I feel very excited and I thought it will make the whole shoes shape looks like a cup of cake.
I also used custom tool to do this.
It also means there are curves and I think it is a good idea because it is also good for frictional force.
I wanted to add something on the top of the sandal part because it looked a bit empty and it doesn't look like a cupcake exactly.
Therefore I decided to include more detail.
And then I thought I should put a nice cream image on the top of it because it is like a symbol of cupcakes.
After this, I tried to add some more details on the cream such as cherry of chocolate but after that it looked a bit awkward. So I decided to leave this part just like this.
